Back on the field this afternoon

Ciro Ferrara will be working for the first time with a reduced squad, a constant during the season leading to the South Africa world cup in 2010. In view of the next qualifying matches, Wednesday will see a number of friendly matches involving many bianconeri.
In all 12 players will be on international duty: Buffon, Cannavaro, Chiellini, Marchisio, Camoranesi, Iaquinta, Grygera, Melo, Poulsen, Tiago, Ariaudo and Kirev (see match programme). Together with these will be trainer Massimo Neri (who has joined the English national team) and physiotherapist Aldo Esposito.
The team will begin working in view of the next matches. The first is round the corner: the traditional vernissage at Villar perosa. Like every year, Juventus will visit the Agnelli residence for the match against the Primavera.
